WINNER OF LAST COMIC STANDING 5

JON REEP

DEC 6, 2007 7:30
RIALTO THEATER
DOWNTOWN LOVELAND

Jon Reep is one of the hardest working comics in America, selling out clubs and getting standing ovations at college after college across the country for nearly a decade. His show is supersonic energy filled with non-stop characters, super clever writing, and, of course, the one talent that separates him from all other comedians in the world: He's the best dancer since Elvis.

Jon has been on Comedy Central's "Premium Blend" & the half-hour special "Comedy Central Presents." As well as TBS's "Pit Stop Comedy," NBC's "Late Friday," and the ABC Sitcom "Rodney" as Officer Gerald Bob the dim-witted cop. More recently you have seen him on “Last Comic Standing 5” where he took America by storm and ultimately became the Last Comic Standing! Look for Jon next summer in the feature film “Harold & Kumar go to Amsterdam.” You have also seen Jon as the loveable redheaded redneck from Dodge's popular ad campaign as the "Hemi guy."

Don’t miss your chance to catch him live and in person at the Rialto Theater on Thursday, December 6th. The show will begin at 7:30pm and doors open at 6:45pm. All ages are welcome. Please note that the show contains some adult content. Tickets are $29 and go on sale Friday, October 26th at 1:00pm and are available by calling (970) 962-2120 or by visiting http://www.ci.loveland.co.us/rialto/rialto.htm

FROM THE BOB AND TOM RADIO SHOW

D.C MALONE

Hitchhiking over 40,000 miles in the early 70’s and traveling extensively around Europe and the Orient, D.C. has gathered life experience that shows in his work. Whether expounding on the trails and tribulations of marriage and the complications of subsequent single life, or talking about his childhood, singing questionable camp songs, or maybe blasting into his blues classic “Upper middle class, white ass suburban just moved to the better part o town blues”, D.C. Malone has put together an incredibly entertaining show filled with hilarious songs and stories directly inspired by his own fascinating life.

SUNDAY AUG 12, 2007

OPENED FOR GEORGE LOPEZ, ARSENIO HALL

JIMMY BURNS

Jimmy taught grade school for ten years. The bulk of his act comes from his years in the classroom. You get two perspectives; his years of being a student and as being a teacher.
From his bio:

"My hope is that any emotional scars my students may have suffered while I was their teacher have healed. Mine have not. Your homework never ends, kids. Life is a roller coaster. Keep your hands inside the car, scream, laugh and even cry. But, whatever you do, ENJOY THE RIDE!"

SUNDAY JUL 22

AS HEARD ON THE BOB AND TOM SHOW

DWIGHT YORK

Dwight is not your average stand-up comedian. He delves into the bizarre and rather dark dimensions of life experience. He is off-beat and unique. He has a seemingly endless store of clever one-liners, full of weird and wacky observations.

Comedian Dwight York is not just a funny character with and an unforgettable style; he has great jokes. A seemingly endless store of original and clever jokes the St. Paul Pioneer Press calls “best one-liners this side of Stephen Wright.” Audiences agree. He is a crowd pleasing, critically acclaimed, one of a kind showman. Dwight York is truly a stand out among stand-ups!

Dwight has been a guest and can be heard regularly on the nationally syndicated radio program The Bob and Tom Show and is featured on their CD You Guys Rock; is heard regularly on XM & Sirius Satellite Radio.

SUNDAY MAY 27 AT The Cactus Grille

WINNER OF THE SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL COMEDY COMPETITION

Bengt Washburn (click here for an entire page of photos of Bengt)

Bengt Washburn (pronounced "bent") is a self proclaimed unaccomplished Mormon. His act has been described as intelligent, whereas Bengt himself is usually described as ditzy, neurotic and logistically impaired. Bengt’s show is constructed out of his mistakes, all the details of the “carefully crafted series of unfortunate decisions” that are his life.

A prolific comic, he has produced a DVD, “Mormon Meets World”, and two CDs, “Get Bengt” and “Hell Bengt”. Both CDs can be heard on XMRadio.

Bengt is a former winner of the prestigious San Francisco International Comedy Competition. He has also been heard on “the Bob and Tom Show”.

His ever evolving act is sometimes topical, often autobiographical, at times poignant, mostly true and of course very, very, funny. A one-of-a-kind gem on the American comedy landscape.
